Civil Societies in Singapore: The unique case of AWARE
A showdown that showed a unique side of activism in Singapore. The issue resolved without government intervention. Now AWARE finds itself with a large membership database and the challenge now is to continue to engage the new members the advocacy group has acquired through the AWARE Saga.
